After a great few weeks at home, its time for me to head back to Germany. I had a fun last week at home with a family reunion and wedding, which were great for me to catch up with everyone and say good bye.
The national team has been doing okay. They won their first tournament in Leiden and won against Russia by three after two tough losses to Croatia and Greece in the second tournament in Cyprus. This weekend is the big Supercup in Bamberg with Croatia, Turkey, and Lithuania. I will head down to the games with his parents on Saturday. It's one of their last big tournaments before they head off to the World Championships.
Five weeks apart is a long time, but now its time for me to go back and we are happy we will be together in the same country again!
