A weekend during the fiesta

Hard to believe we have been here almost two weeks already. We are still settling in, but everything is going well. Chris missed his first pre-season game due to a pulled groin muscle, but he is already back to practice and ready for the next game this Wednesday. This week Palencia is celebrating their Saint - Sant Antolin, so there is a fiesta the entire week. Every day there are bull fights, a carnival, a circus, concerts, fireworks, and lots of other things to do. Chris had off on Sunday, so we went to the carnival and circus. It was fun and something different to do. We got to have some Spanish carnival food and we even got to pet a baby lion. It was sooo cute! This week are going to try to go to a concert and will hopefully get tickets to see our first bull fight on Friday night.
