The Season Opener is a Win!!

Well we are off to a great start! The team played really well together and looked very good. We had really good defense and everyone contributed. Although there was a lack of three point shots, everything worked out. Our big guys all did very well. After a bit of a rough start, Chris ended up having a great game with 14 points, 5 rebounds, two blocks, a steal, and an assist. He was 80% from the field and 86% from the free throw line. The gym was crowded with at least 2,000 fans and it was a great atmosphere. We hope the rest of the season can go this well!
We are leaving early tomorrow to go to Barcelona for the weekend. We will finally get to pick up all of our clothes and things we left there! It's a six hour drive, so we will definitely get to see a lot of Spain! We are looking forward to getting away and seeing our friends.
