The guys had some time off after their two games this weekend, so I booked a hotel in Lübeck for a night away. We met up with Nadin and Elmar while they were in Hamburg and had a nice afternoon walking around the city with them. Then we drove to Lübeck for the night and stayed in a nice, family run guesthouse within walking distance to downtown. After a good brunch at the hotel, we spent the morning exploring Lubeck. The city is very nice with lots of little shops, pretty old buildings, and cafes along the river. We were both surprised at how great the city was as we hadn't heard much about the city before. Hopefully we will be able to go back sometime soon!
