Hard to believe we are already a week into the new year! We had a nice celebration in Wurzburg with friends from Chris' hometown. Sebi and Kathrin were visiting her brother that lives here, and Steffi and Fitssi spent the night at our apartment. We had dinner at an Italian restaurant and then went out to some bars here. We went down to the river to watch the fireworks at midnight. It was crazy with some form of fireworks going off everywhere around us. It seems like almost everyone took some of their own to set off. I am not sure that it's the safest thing, but it's fun to watch. We got up the next day and made a nice brunch at home before Chris headed off to practice. We had a great evening and start to the New Year, hope you did too!
