We had a wonderful day celebrating his birthday with everyone here in Wurzburg. We invited the team, his family, and lots of friends over for a little Sunday afternoon party at our apartment. We had lots of snacks, drinks and a FULL HOUSE. Neither of us expected such a big turnout (30+ people), but it was great! Our friends Nadin and Elmar drove all the way up from Munich and his old teammate, Jason Cain, and his wife drove up from Bayreuth to surprise him! Perfect way to raise the dampened spirits from his injury the previous week. So thankful for great friends and family here near us. Turning 30 wasn't so bad after all!
