Last week we flew to AZ to spend the week with my Mom. We had a great time! It was very hot on some days, but the weather really didn't bother us. Chris played two rounds of golf and made it to the driving range every day. We went to a dueling pianos show, ate some authentic Mexican food and went to a comedy show in Scottsdale, bought some nice pottery for our house, hiked in Sedona, and had fun sliding at the Slide Rock State Park. This park has several natural slides in the creek formed by the water running down through the canyon. We drove by it last year and put it on our must do list for this trip. It was actually pretty cool. Our 6 day trip flew by and we are back in PA getting ready for our big house / anniversary party this weekend. We will see Mom and Dale again this October when they come to Germany to visit!

Beautiful photos of you 2 in Sedona. We are Alton and Anita Mason and we live in Arizona. I wish we would've kept in touch more, so we could've met up while you were in town. We would've love to meet up with you. Alton has played pro-basketball for many European countries, he also played in Germany, (Karlsruhe).He retired last year and he is currently a youth basketball coach. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know we admire your photos. Next time your in AZ..look us up!
