We can't believe that we have already been back in the US for one month. It has been wonderful being in our first house together and we have enjoyed transforming it into our home. The house was in great shape when we moved in, but it still takes lots of time to decorate and get all of the things we need. We are amazed at how much we still had to buy and how much work there is to do! After a month of being here, it looks great and feels like home. I promise to post some pics soon.
Of course we didnt spend the last month with all work and no play. My Mom came to visit for a week, we have had lots of BBQs with family, spent time with Gregg and Zach, went to a Sixers playoff game with Lindsey, and went to our Bucknell 5 year reunion. The reunion was a ton of fun! We got to see lots of friends, many of which we hadnt seen since graduation and our wedding. All of my housemates and lots of sorority sisters were there. It was nice to return to where Chris and I first met and reminisce about our college days. It doesnt seem like it was 5 years ago! Bucknell will always hold an important place in our hearts and it was great to go back.
This week our friends that we met in Oldenburg, Robin and Angela, are coming for a visit. We are going to Atlantic City, Avalon, Philadelphia, Hershey and will spend a few days around here too. We are excited for their visit!
