Chris' team got a 5 day break, so we decided to go to Egypt while we had the chance! We stayed at a great 5 star resort on the Red Sea. We arrived to 85 degree weather and it stayed that way the whole trip! We had breakfast and dinner every day at the resort, and the food was pretty good. The sea was already warm enough to swim in, so we spent most of the time on the beach. One evening we took a sunset snorkeling trip. We took a boat out to the middle of the sea so that we could snorkel over the coral reefs and see all of the fish. After I spent ten minutes panicking over being in the middle of the sea with all of the fish, I finally swam around with Chris and saw a lot of amazing fish and corals. We saw fish of every color and even 2 stingrays. The water was so clear that we could see all the way to the bottom. On the way back to shore, we saw a beautiful sunset. On our last night we took a shuttle into the city to do some shopping, but we didn't do much because the shop owners are very aggressive and you get stopped every 5 seconds! I did finally get to ride a camel though. It was a great trip, we wish we had more than 4 nights to spend there!
