Dixon is now 10 weeks old and we have had him for 2 weeks! He already grew 400 grams and weighs just over 1 kg (2 lbs)! He finally learned how to tell us when he wants to go outside and goes to sleep without crying at night. They say it takes these small puppies almost 8 months to actually be fully housetrained because of their small bladders. He goes outside a lot, but sometimes he just can't make it and forgets to tell us! Hopefully it won't really take 8 months...
Last week he learned how to sit and this week he learned come and stay! He knows how to bark now, but only does it once when someone rings the doorbell and when we feed him. He loves being around people and is friendly to everyone that comes to see him. Now he has to learn to be around other dogs. We are trying to find an obedience class to take him to so that he can get better training and be more socialized.
