Thank you Goettingen!

Unfortunately, our season ended much sooner than anticipated with our 3rd loss to Bremerhaven in the first round of the playoffs. Although we would have liked it to end on a better note, we are very thankful for the wonderful season we had. It was still a great success and the team has a lot to be proud of. After spending a few days in Goettingen to hang out with our friends and tie up all of the loose ends, we flew back to the US. We were really nervous about how Dixon would handle the 9 hour flight, but he was great! He slept the entire flight in his bag under our seat and continued well behaved for our 2 hour layover and 2 hour flight to Philly. It was definitely a huge relief for us!

We have had a great first week and a half here in PA. It's been really nice to see my family and be back home. We missed it a lot. Dixon is enjoying our big yard and getting to run around a lot! We are going white water rafting this weekend and to a friends wedding next weekend, so we are definitely keeping busy!

Thank you to all of our wonderful Goettingen friends and fans. We enjoyed our season in Goettingen and are lucky to have had such a great 9 months there!
