What an exciting game to see! The doors opened early with lines winding halfway around the gym. There were people everywhere, filling the top bleachers added for the game and even the stairways and aisles. The atmosphere was amazing!

It was a close game for a lot of the first half, but we always seemed to be ahead by a little. Chris came in during the first quarter and immediately shot a 3! It was his first one of the season. One of our best players (a 4 man) got injured in the first quarter. Everyone was a little worried, but they played well without him. Kim and Chris really had to step it up and play most of the game together in the post. After his lucky 3 pointer, Chris didnt shoot as well in the first half, but he came in the second half and immediately helped them take the lead. He had some nice layups and received a lot of fouls (for once they actually called them). We somehow lost our 15 point lead and had it down to 4 in the last minute. Luckily, we played some good defense and held them off for the big win! The crowd was going crazy and the team was celebrating in the middle of the court with their champagne and trophies. Then they took tons of photos and gave lots of autographs to the fans. It was definitely an exciting evening!
